LEASED LINE : Recently NIC office has connected with 2 MBPS leased line
connection from mumbai. Internet facility was provided to all sectoin of this offices.
They are using various services like Internet Email Service, File Transfer from one server
to other server etc. These facilities are configured using Proxy Server. In future more citizen centric services are proposed to be start. Intranet
E-Mail facility was extended to all tahsil offices of the district.
VSAT &
INTRANET SERVICE :- One Skyblaster VSAT and SCPC Dama VSAT had
installed at NIC office. Internet facility is provided through LAN to
all Officers during those time. Intranet portal and central server providing various
services is configured through which users are getting various facilities as CHAT,
Intranet Email service , FTP Server.
MAHANET &
NICNET Based E-Mail service :- is provided regularly. E-Mails received from
Mantralaya, Commissionerate and other offices are being handed over to the concerned as
soon as the receipt of the same.
Multipoint Video conferencing Facility is made available and
kept ready for the future usage. Up till now multiple sessions are carried out
successfully during General Loksabha Election 2009 and coming Vidhan Sabha Election

ZPAS : Hingoli
Was the first district to implement “Zilla Parishad Accounting System (ZPAS) ”
Software successfully. This system is used by Finance Department in Zilla
Parishad, Finance Department in Panchayat Samittees and other departments in
Zilla Parishad / Panchayat Samittees. The application is designed to automate the
activities in the finance department in Zilla Parishad and integrate its activities with
the Panchayat Samittees, other departments and Rural Development Department (RDD). The
ZPAS is designed to aid the Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samittees Finance department to
do their day to day accounting processes, including bills processing, reports
consolidation, grant watch. It also generates various monthly, quarterly and
annual reports related to finance department. The system also include various check
slips and cheque printing at finance department and panchayat level along with cheque book
account. Now the Offline module is also made available.
