Record of this office is fully computerized. made by NIC and total 16885 no of files details are entered in the soft. Hence this office record room is fully computerized first in the Hingoli District. Because of this , very old documents can be found within seconds.

This office have achieved first prize in Rajiv Gandhi Prashaskiya Gatimanta Pragati Abhiyan at taluka level during the year 2002-03 and second at district level during the year 2003-04.
